If there is an immediate problem we will take the appropriate steps to try and resolve it and you will be contacted straight away. Any minor problems will be reported to you and we will await your instructions.
We have 3 different Key Holding Packages tailored to suit all your requirements.
Bronze pack Keys Only
This service is for €5 a month and covers the holding of keys only. Contract Terms are for 6 Months or 12 Months.
€30 - 6 Months Contract or €60 - 12 Months Contract
Silver Pack
This service is €15 per month and covers the below at no extra cost.
A Monthly Check of your property to see that everything is ok and secure that everything is in correct order. A visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
€90 - 6 Months Contract or €180 - 12 Months Contract.
Gold Pack
This service is €20 per month and covers the below at no extra cost.
A fortnight Check of your property to see that everything is ok and secure that everything is in correct order. A visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
If requested by owners. Electric will be switched on, fridge and hot water will be turned on. If the visitor is arriving after dark a light will be left on for their arrival.
€120 - 6 Months Contract. €240 - 12 Months Contract.
PLATINUM Pack
This service is €30 per month and covers the below at no extra cost.
A weekly Check of your property to see that everything is ok and secure that everything is in correct order. A visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
If requested by owners. Electric will be switched on, fridge and hot water will be turned on. If the visitor is arriving after dark a light will be left on for their arrival.
€180 - 6 Months Contract. €360 - 12 Months Contract.
